From getting complaints about noise coming from my apartment while I was out of the country to the millions of bugs, silverfish and dead roley bugs embedded in the carpet to the fake wood floor in my kitchen, the carpet work order that never got fixed during my entire lease term even though they called to follow up from time to time to the crazy list of charges and requirements upon move-out, run for the hills. Killers, rapists and stalkers live here and the wooded setting is a nice place to grab you and hide your body. I am certain the management won't find out or care. Do your homework. With all apartment comes risk, with this one comes a selling of your soul, safety and overall well being. Lease if finally up!

This place has gone downhill big time. I have lived here for 3 years and it has turned into the ghetto. Also, safety is a big factor right now. We have a lot of theft and now a rapist running around our grounds. I cannot wait to move.

He's right about the stalker and rapist. I saw a man peeping through the blinds of a 1st floor apartment early one morning (5:15am) while walking my dog. I am out that early because my work shift begins at 6am. The sick part about the guy was when he realized I was standing there he climbed over the shrubbery and begin to whistle. He walked away like he was taking a stroll in the park. Wierdo....... Women on the 1st floor beware..... I am sure he is still crawling through the shrubbery.

not alot apartmentratings.com can do to find your stalker/rapist...maybe you people should call the police like everyone else. a community is only as safe as you make it and with neighbors like you, why would anyone want to lease there?
