I've lived here for about 7 months. Maintenance is a bit sketchy on the smaller stuff but they have taken care of my major issues with no problem and are always polite. I agree with the negative assessment of the front office so make sure you read your paperwork carefully. Unfortunately I couldnt find a better apartment community with the apartment layout and price that I wanted. However, if they plan on jacking up my RENT I will move elsewhere and pay the higher rent. I also have a funny feeling that I am paying a higher electric bill than I should be. I've never paid this much in an Apartment before.

Overall I would say this place would be good for a 12 month lease. If you still feel comfortable after that, you should be fine. I haven't decided if I want to renew or not.
