Its a decent deal for the money and good location.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I've lived here for a year now and I havent had any major problems. Living near the tollway is kind of noisy and the apt grounds could probably be upkept better. But for the price is an ok deal. I havent seen any criminals sneaking around or had my car vandalized. Lincoln property just bought this complex so Im sure the place will be upkept better now but the rent will also go up.
