I have lived here for 10 months. I am counting down the days until my lease is up. They looked nice/safe/quiet/friendly on the tour, and our tour guide was soo nice. Until after we signed our lease, horrible neighborghood, late night "gangster" parties (screaming,glass throwing,police, etc.) AND rude rude management! My garbage disposal has been broken since we moved in, i have put in 3 requests (2 in person), ive finally given up. Most of the apartments surrounding are "section 8"..........ghetto ghetto people. Everyday the kids from the surrounding section 8 apartments jump our fence cuss, make rude comments, and loiter in our parking lot, waiting to break in to our cars (happens often)....The "security" gate is always broken, allowing any and everyone in. I have never received my "access card" to the gym, etc. I could go on, but basically its a ---- HOLE!!!
