Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Walls are paper thin. Do not live on first floor if you value your sanity. The whole complex smells like dog ---- since no one seems to find the time to pick up after their dogs. Car burglaries are frequent. I have seen 2 vehicles sitting on blocks in the last few months. Gun shots go off all hours of the night. Trashy people are here in great abundance. Apartments are very nice on the inside, but maintenance issues have been very frequent. The front office employees are worthless and entirely unhelpful. I would not recommend these apartments, ESPECIALLY when you look at how much they cost!!
