I wrote the anonymous review titled "Lived here 3 years" and dated 10/15/2003. This will probably be my last lease at this property.

The new management (Lincoln Property) is totally incompetent. Besides being generally rude and nasty to the people who live here, they routinely screw up payment info. In the past 12 months, I have had to go to the manager around 6 times to dispute their claims of non-payment. In every case, they were both wrong and initially very nasty about it. It was all the more offensive that I'd lived here 7 years without missing a single day of rent and get treated like that.

The management between JPS and Lincoln added some features that addressed several of my previous issues with the property (such as trash and grounds maintenance). The general problem though is that the neighborhood is going downhill and the new management sucks. The gate is still a pain in the ass and routinely fails - in fact, the new management lease requires you to sign that you won't blame them for any damage the gate causes to your vehicle, even if it results from gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing on the part of the apartment.

I've been literally the perfect resident. Pay on time every month, no bitching, never had a problem with any previous management. I've literally been -->this<-- close to screaming with the new management. I've even called the management company to compain (as have my neighbors) and we were basically told to ---- off. I won't rent here again nor anywhere else that Lincoln Property owns.
