My vehicle was stolen in the time I was there and my neighbor's vehicle was vandalized as well, therefore a garage is a must if you don't want your vehicle stolen or broken into. One may feel its somewhat more secure in this gated community, but when I was there the crime infiltrated even more so than the non-gated communities in the same area of which a few acquaintances of mine lived. I hated that during the holidays when crime is most prevalent the access gates remained open, that to which the manager said it was because the gates stayed malfunctioned so it was easier for her to just leave them open. The personnel are unprofessional and are the most unorganized and incompetent I have ever seen. I could go on about many other unnecessary issues that arose during my time there but I will just say I do not recommend the Verandas at Timberglen nor do I recommend doing business with the Lincoln property management company. They have not shown they can effectively "manage" anything. The Verandas at Timberglen is an unstable apartment complex that is run by an unstable business.
