I also have lived here for 5 years and ever since the new management has taken over, it has been horrible. It takes them over a weak to come and fix a leak in your apartment, the grounds look awful, there is always trash out on the curbs on the wrong days, the office could care less that you have paid your rent on time every month for five years, and there are way to many strange people wandering around the complex that don't live there. I don't feel safe here anymore and am moving out. The gates also never work-but, if you have a tolltag, then you can get it. Great security system.......Might as well just have a billboard saying "Hey if you have a tolltag you can have access to the Verandas and break in everyone's cars and rob them". Don't live here......
