Specially with the new management. For the price they charge you the service is one star. I moved to a filthy apartment and kept calling the manager for weeks to send someone to clean and fix the problems but noone returned my calls avoided me each time I went there. Finally she said oh I am sorry the apartment should have been inspected and its our mistake send us your cleaning bill and we will pay but after 9 months they have not paid yet. They have the rudest maintenance people I have ever seen. Its not safe living here. I travel because of my job alot but whenever I am here the upstairs neighbohrs keep running and making noises even at 2-3am !!!its not their fault because even when they walk softly it makes "stomping" sounds and stationary items rattle due to thin or weak flooring. Everytime my neighbors (close a door, we're jarred and the pictures on my walls shake. It sounds like they're slamming the door, when actually - they are not!!!! You have people sometimes at 4 am laughing and drinking outside but when you call the 24hr emergency phone to send security to check them out and ask them to keep it down they don't do anything . I had to call the police once because the apt was not doing anything to keep people not drinking outside and yelling at 4am!!!!When I moved in I filled out the paperwork saying that the garage door had dents they did not send anyone to fix it until several months later that I could not open the garage door I called them and they said they will send someone and it took them over a month and a half later to send someone to fix it.While my family and I were in New Yrok for 3 weeks they left a note saying tha tI left my trash out !!!! and they are charging me $50 for it. How can I leave my trash out when my family and I were not even in Dallas at the time'''!!!!! I have to say that under the old management I did not have as much problems but the new managment is clearly incapable of doing their job. My lease is due soon and I WOULD NOT STAY here even if it was free.
