I have lived here since May of 2007 and I really have no complaints. The management team is incredible because they are all super sweet. Anytime I had a problem with something, it was taken care of immediately. Granted the property is not new and all apartment complexes have problems, but the management team has really made it a pleasant experience. I have gotten the chance to know all of them pretty well just because they have been so friendly. Oh and you can't beat size of the place for the money.

This person sounds like an employee or part of the management team, not a resident. You don't even give any examples of how they took care of you. This person has to be the ONLY one happy with the new management. I have NEVER had a resident express any satisfaction with the new management, and I have had conversations with MANY people.

Sounds like management to me but you never know...I was planning to move into the Verandas I was waiting for the staff to call me but they never did... I am glad they didn???t because I don???t want to live there anymore..after seeing all these awful reviews I better look somewhere else.
