I've lived at the Verandas at Timberglen for about 4 years. I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse that is spacious and nice. Very affordable for what I have. The current management, led by Monica Eastwood, has done an excellent job with this property. I noticed a big difference in the quality of our property when Lincoln Property (and more specifically, Monica's team) took over. Much needed changes were implemented. Her staff is courteous and professional. They care about the property and it's residents and it shows. We have security and the maintenance team is prompt to act. I enjoy living here and do so because of the Management team's attitude and performance.

haha.. This is clearly written by either management or a friend of management.. No, the management team was never outright rude to me, but I definitely don't think things improved once Lincoln, or Monica's team, took over. I lived there for 3 1/2 years and personally felt things functioned better before the takeover... but who am I to say...

Dear Sagent and Anonymous, From Monica Eastridge, Business manager, I know that we make some residents happy and some not so happy. I know that we cannot please everyone all the time. However we do strive to do our best with the community. This past year we have worked hard do all the repairs needed here at The Verandas and make it a nicer place to live. I agree with the first comment, everyone i know that lived here before the "new" team took over said it was 100 times better. Everyone i know that used to love living here, has now moved, and everyone else is trying to get out.

Let me say... I lived there in one of the 3 bedroom townhomes and they will NEVER tell you that 4 months out of the year, the electric bill in that particular crap hole will cost you $600 a month. Mark my word anyone who moves in, this is a fact. December, January, July and August. The upstairs in the summer never cooled down to less than 80 degrees. And they will play like they don't know what your talking about when you go in to talk to them. They'll send one of their maintence guys out (who has NO A/C experience) DAYS after you submit a request only to tell you he can change your light bulbs to a lower kilowatt usage!!
