These apartments were getting pretty scary but Lincoln Properties has really tried to make it a safer place over the last month and its worked, pool crowd and security is a lot better!

Oh and Elisandra...get a life. The beat information you have is incorrect, look on the Dallas Police Department website. And its funny there are like 2 other people who commented on here who agree with the fact we are in 613, so the odds are you are wrong. Good luck with your new house, I bet you will be a fun neighbor!

Once again Elisandra, you are incorrect. Beat 614 is a box on the other side of the tollway, going from Frankford to Trinity Mills, and Marsh to Tollway, look it up if you want.I apologize the website you are looking at is incorrect, as you can see its from 2007, go look at the Dallas Police Department Website, look up crime stats, go to street search, put in 4607 Timberglen, it says we are in beat 613. The website you are looking is also old, and not updated. And let me also say, I am not putting you down personally, its obvious now you work in the office, I am trying to keep people from moving into an apartment complex that is unsafe. I am trying to warn people, I am not sure why you are trying to put people in harms way? Do your research, and have something to back it up. Also, if The Dallas Police Department website isnt proof enough that we ARE IN BEAT 613, go to the City of Dallas website, and it clearly states WE ARE IN BEAT 613 ALSO!!!!!!!!! One more thing Elisandra, you seem to be very vocal on all of these reveiws, is it not illegal for you to work in the office and give your bias views, or they are obviously paying you something?? which one is it?

Yes, we are in DPD Beat 613, not 614. I have lived in an apt. by the pool for 5 years and I started hearing gunshots about 6 months ago. And I know that between 7/30/08 - 8/6/08 (8 days) there has been at least 1 report of "burglary motor vehicle," 1 burglary residence, and 1 theft of gas from a Time Warner truck during the noon-hour. The first 4 years I was here were pretty OK, it's been a bad last year on this property. sad. EDIT: BEAT 613 COVERS BOTH SIDES OF THE TOLLWAY. Funny, I am awakened every night by my infant son's every sleepy whimper, you'd think I'd hear a gunshot if there were any. Let's see, fourth of July had a few firecrackers....nope, no gunshots. As for your supposed police reports, DPD doesn't release info that quick (you have heard of six reports for August....and you posted this on the sixth? No police department releases crime reports THAT fast. I sincerely believe you are lying through your anonymous teeth.). More telling is that the public access records for DPD for the last month show absolutely no incident reports for the this beat (614). Most likely you are a pissy resident who is getting evicted for not paying your rent and want to get back at the management for your irresponsibility. And btw, when your nasty trash that has been left out all week gets ripped into by racoons who then decide to live in my attic, then yes, your trash becomes a bigger problem than your imaginary gunshots which at this time of year are probably nothing more than an emo teen setting of firecrackers...or when trash laying around the complex begins to look like an invitation for vandals to do whatever, then yes it becomes a problem. There is crime wherever you go, honey. If you want to live in a sterile padded room then check into the nearest nuthouse, get away from where my family lives in relative safety. EDIT: Apparently you are posting reviews of the WRONG apartment complex. Thanks for the web site. A search shows us 27 complaints from 1/1/8 to today (aug 17, 08). That's still a lot; however, it's a far cry from a Shootout at the OK Corral. BTW, I've lived here for years, through good times and bad, but don't feel unsafe. Don't live by the pool, either, because I like to sleep.

An employee? Wow, you sure do sound smart, yup you do, a real ejumacated person, posting as anonymous and such with your frustrated shouting and all. And when you say "I'm not putting you down personally, but..." it's kind of a red flag that it is exactly what you're trying to do. Please grow some balls and stop trying to hide behind anonymity. For your information, I am merely a happy resident who will miss living here when we move in a month (closing on our first home in two weeks...God willing). Do you honestly think the management has to pay people to write good things about a decent apartment complex? I hardly think so. I have my own complaints about the management, among other things that they haven't gotten the roofs repaired since the big storm in June that ripped big chunks of the roofing off (and now they have to check every single apartment because some idiots didn't bother reporting that they've had leaks for months). I do get along with the ladies in the office, however, probably because I'm one of the decent residents who doesn't trash their apartment or leave garbage laying around, I pay my rent on time, and I treat the staff here like human beings. As for the beats, one of the internet resources are wrong, and I think it's the new (not well tested, only implemented this year) version you are looking at as the rest of the beats are in numerical order from west to east, why would 613 and 614 be switched?
