Worst apartment i have ever lived

I lived in the second floor apartment. All the apartment has a thin carpet floors and when anyone walks the first floor can hear it. The first floor person is a single guy and he keeps complaining about the noise he hears and i explained to the management and they never listen or consider.
i am a family person and they asked me to leave the apartment for making noise. Me, wife and 15 months old daughter lived in the apartment. They asked me pay the early termination fee and all the things. They never consider our feelings. They were having a problem with the apartment. But they put blame on us. Also they did racism. We came from different country and the first floor person is white.
I was so upset when people do racism and do partiallity the white people.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMENED TO LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT.
