Raccoons are all over the property. I had one live in my attic like others have mentioned. You will lay in bed and hear them run around in the walls, sounds like someone is breaking in. Complained to the staff and they looked at me like i was crazy so the raccoon stayed. Finally after 10 months of complaining they finally set a trap and caught a 15 pound raccoon.
