This is the worst management company I have ever come across. Not only will problems, issues and maintenance not be resolved but Management will actually be rude and condescending but will also glorify in telling the tenant it is the tenant's fault.
Since Lincoln Properties has taken over:
Burglary here is on a nightly basis. There are so many cars and property theft on the property yet management doesn't do a thing.
Police are called to the property on a weekly basis.
There are so many fights that break out especially late at night between 1 and 4 am. There are beer cans and bottles littered throughout the property.
Some of the neighbors even hammer after midnight and into the morning hours. Calling security or the office doesn't help. The hammering continues until whatever project they are working on is completed. Management doesn't do a thing to stop it and will actually tell you "it's your fault for not staying up late". This goes for any kind of noise level even power saws.
No matter how loud the stereo or surround sound of your neighbors, it won't stop or be lowered because the office refuses to lift a finger to call or write a note. They prefer to sit around in the office gossiping.
Gates are always broken.
Since Lincoln properties have been taken over the caliber of the tenants has decreased and there is so much crime yet management only cares about the next new tenant instead of cleaning up the property first.
Nothing is every resolved. Management only causes more problems for its tenants instead of helping fix all the issues. Overall the property has gone downhill very fast since Lincoln Properties took over. Long time residents have decided not to renew, I being one of them. Should you choose to live here, it will be the worst time of your life.

I totally disagree with 'anonymous'. I've lived at property for almost 5 years and there has been a positive and much needed change since Lincoln Property took over. The office staff is as professional as I've been around. They have made this a nice and very clean property to live at again.

I love the post from anonymous who says "First off only 1 gate is broken. Big deal we still have 3 others that work..." This is like saying "So what the bottle has a hole in it, the top is still on tight" If a gate is broken the fact that the other gates work it irrevalant, they might as well all be broke if 1 is. Please tell me you understand the logic with this

i dont see the big deal about a gate being broken. Its not like its open... ITS SHUT! who cares its a freakin gate (which ive noticed is fixed BY THE WAY) im not in management but if i was i would tell all of you to get a life and stop crying so much about stupid little things like a gate not working for maybe a week! You know you sit there and say do you see the logic in only one gate being broken and BLAH BLAH BLAH well im curious... The person who posted this says they have lived here for YEARS but the last few have been horrible... If its been THAT bad why do you keep renewing your lease??? Now think of that logic and sit on it! -LOVE JOJO-

Worst 2 years of my life? Wow, what a horrible life you have. I am sure other people in this world would LOVE to have a broken gate be their biggest problem. Or even the sound of a tool at night. By the way, Where are these loud tools you are speaking about? I am sure those angry little fingers of yours typing away how horrible your life is, are way louder. Thats the only noise I hear around here ;)! I love how quiet these apartments are!!! But I am also not expecting silence when I move into an apartment complex where hundreds of other people who live a way different life live. Also, crime? Where? Have you seen our neighboring apartment complex first off....Sutton place (sp)! Now, now - don't expect to come to some amazing none crime area when you pick apartments next to those!!! But even with those being right there - seriously...where is the crime? I am usually up till 1am every morning and the only sound I ever here is my noisy child. Oh wait, I take that back - I also hear kids early in the morning catching the bus!! Now, lets move onto the topic of you saying beer cans and bottles every where? HAHAHHAHAHA this property is actually very nicely kept and clean. The only trash I ever see is inside the dumpster because people seem to have a hard time PUTTING IT IN THE DUMPSTER AND NOT NEXT TO IT! I also see people who work here going around them and picking it up for all you lazy people. But trash around the complex? what complex are you talking about....... And last I would love to comment on management not taking care of the problems or issues residents have. ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING I have called in has been done that day. Not to mention we had an issue when we moved in and someone came at 2 in the morning to come help us get in our apartment to make sure we were able to for our move in date which was that next morning! I love the friendly management we have and I would LOOOOVE to re new my lease here! I feel SAFE in an apartment in this area which is hard to come by these days.
