When my roommate and I moved in we thought we were getting a great deal. The apartments are nice and updated and the pool area is awesome. A month after we moved in my roommates car was stolen. I got a garage when that happened, but a few months later someone broke into my garage and stole both sets of our golf clubs. So the garage is pointless and overpriced! A few weeks after that incident one of our neighbors who keeps his motorcycle chained to a pole under the carport, got his bike stolen. We called the police when we heard noises and saw a suspicious van by the bike, but they didn't do much about it. And a few hours later, the bike was gone.
The security in the complex is worthless and the gates are broken at times. If you have a tolltag it will open up the left gate for you with no problem! So basically anyone can get in.
This place has constant theft issues and issues with tenants being violated when walking dogs at night.
