I have lived here for 5 years and gone through 3 mng. cos. and now I have Kids living below me that think their apartment is a Dorm. I am leaving before my lease is out, and the best part is the office staff failed to fill my portion of the agreement out properly so i have ZERO liability! so if you are looking for a nice looking complex that gives the feel of quality (BUT delivers you McDonalds when you ordered DelFrisco') then this is the PLACE for you. FYI, i will be calling the cops on my neighbors, because i was told to by the complex, (again,4th time) tonight.

LPC has managed now for 21/2 years. I can say I do not get noise complaints to this degree and our courtesy officers do not get calls from anything like this. I feel this person is upset about something else for maybe a neighbor did disturb them and exaggerating. I do not have anyone being released from their contract for negligence. We do have to file evictions for non-payment and this could truly be the case for this angered resident.

Ouch, Verandas Mgr --- I called apt. security and/or the Police about 2 x's a month over an 11 month period because of early morning noise complaints due to my adjacent neighbors --- and those were just the times I called. In the beginning when I was only calling apt. security I was told by the mgt. office they had no record of my complaints/calls, and blamed the security officers. During one visit from the Police towards the end of the nightmare the officer actually told me I needed to get the apt. mgmt. to move me because the Police had been out so many times and were aware of the noise problem. True. I'm not exaggerating.
