If you like living in a construction zone, this is the place for you. They recently started renovating each vacant apartment and will continue to do so as apartments become vacant. They do the work during the day from 9-6 but they have absolutely no genuine compassion or concern for those that do not work "normal" hours. Constant complaints do nothing but bring a "sorry, we can't stop the rehab". On top of that, they expect you to pay the regular rental rates of over $1000 on up with no breaks for the inconvenience. I've lived here for almost 6 years now and it has gone through numerous management changes which they never tell you about. It was great in the beginning with hot breakfast every Saturday which has diminished to a very minimal continental breakfast once a month. We used to have almost monthly parties or outings, but they are just about non-existant now.

As previous postings have mentioned, there are major development plans that will commence in the very near future that will add outside noise to the inside noise. So basically if you want to pay a fortune to live in noise, this is your place.
