I lived there for two years and they charged me 4k for what everyone but them would call expected scratches.
Some in wall and doors but there was an small scratch in the floor before I moved in and guess who had to pay' Please make sure you check your unit inside out before you sign , trust me you will get stock with a big bill at the end.
Service works fine as long as you don't need anything.
Location is the best though.
I almost forgot even though they have security system and guards, your car will be in danger all the time.
rims get stolen every month but they do not say anything.
Try another place and save the aggravation.

I just warning people not teaching english. I seems to be doing just fine since this is my third language. I will bet if they charge you 4k you can't even pay it because you are broke but you write real well LOL.
