I have been living here for almost a year & a half...the maintenance does not exist ! my ac hasn't worked & everytime they FIX it...its worse ! ..there is never hot water.....sometimes there is NO WATER...when you come home it is hot in the summer & there is no water to shower....the gate never works...the outside lights are never on when its dark either. not only that the owner expects the tenants to pay for the little maintenance that is done...you get a bill for the plummer a bill for the gate, etc....everything is blamed on tenants !!!
