ARE: well maintained and very clean.

They are secure and as an older person I appreciate the quietness of the property.

The staff is
EXTREMELY knowledgable and do their best to acommadate each residents requests.

The maintainents is highly effecient, capable, and timely should you need anything.

There has been one noisey party in the four plus years I have lived here but not to the point of distraction, but like I said, ONCE in four plus years.

The car policy is very good, no damaged cars in the lots.

One does not like living with banged up destroyed cars.

This just adds to the appearance of the property.

As a dog owner I found that there are walking groups that look out for everyones pets.

There is even some groups that join around the beautiful pools to spend time relaxing together.

NOW the biggest plus to me.

I have walking diffaculties so I feel so secure when i am out walking with my walker and grounds and maintance people keep an eye peeled out to make sue i am safe.
