the scenery is terriffic, its quiet and a place you dont mind your kids playing outside. management is very nice..although some people have lived there over 20 to 30 years i find it kind of frustrating when there is something wrong like a very dirty carpet which has not been changed out in over 10 yrs,they(complex)will not replace.I was told that complex will not replace any carpet unless it is torn or worn very bad..I thought someone living in an apartment complex/townhomes maintenace is required to switch out stuff like rugs, old stoves, refrigarators that freeze up any thing that is inside of them. In so many words I was told that I have to pay for anything I wanted replaced and i hAVE been living there since 1999...When it comes to fixing things around there all you may get is a bandaid fix..A lot of apartment complexes will work with you if you're behind on rent as long as there not a habbit being made out of this. The manager here leann takes no prisnors , if your late you are in trouble cause she give no slack to no one, no matter how long you have lived there. OVERALL SCENARIO...THIS IS A NICE PLACE TO LIVE AS LONG AS YOU DEAL WITH DIRTY CARPETS AND WORN APPLIANCES. you can have carpet professinally cleaned and if the padding is worn and torn cleaning is not much help!! and village green is not going to replace it for you...nevermind people with bad allergies and skin irritations because of this.
