Village Square Apartments on Watership Lane

Look Good From the Outside From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   If you are looking for a complex that looks good from the outside, Village Square definitely does that. Now if you want to live in a complex where the maintenance is good and repairs are fixed in a timely manner and you feel safe, DON T MOVE HERE. You can tell the apartments were once nice on the inside, but the neglect of repairs not been completed, is showing. The office staff is friendly; they ll take your repair requests and place it in the REPAIR REQUEST BLACK HOLE along with other requests received from residents. Now about safety, I ve heard that a security guard patrols the complex at night, I ve never seen one. But get this, the break-ins are happening during the day, wouldn t you think someone should be walking the grounds during the day, especially since they seem to be on the rise. Take my advice and keep your money and move to an area where you feel safe and you don t have to wait months, to have something fixed.
