I haved lived here for several years and gone through some of the worst managers imaginable. Since Kristi and her staff took over at the begginning of the year everything has improved here, maintenance is done very fast and the property looks wonderful. Kristi's assistant is always freindly and professional and her maintenance men are excellent at what they do and are always willing to take time to say hello when here. I would recommend living and have to many of my freinds.

Regretfully, Kristi is no longer with the company. When I first called to arrange a visit to the location she was leaving. She gave me the information of somebody else that would fill in for her. Well, I tried several times to contact this person (or anybody for that matter). After a lot of insisting from my part, we scheduled a visit for me to take a look at the place. Guess what? They never showed up!! I waited 30 minutes and left. Never recieved a call from them to say "I'm sorry". Oh, by the way, the complex looks very old and ugly. What a waste of time!!
