From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   Up untill this property changed hands in January of 2008, it was a wonderful community.The on-site manager was also part of the investment group that owned VM. This property is now being managed by an outside company and in a months time the quality went from 10 to less than zero. Trash, broken windows, lots more noise. No qualified maintaince on site.
