So far, so good

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
I have lived here for six months and so far have made good experiences.
The apartments are older and the windows are all single pane, with that, the insulation is not as good, but the walls seems to be better than in some of the newer apartments I have lived before.
The grounds are very well kept, much better, compared to the new apartments I lived before.
Parking can be a challenge. Of course, being built in the late seventies, less parking was needed and now it can't be added of course. Every apartment has one reserved spot, and I have not had any problems with people using it, but visitors can have a hard time finding parking on weekends for example. It's not something that would make me move though.
I live close to the Pavillon and sometimes hear the music when someone has a party there, but it does not extend into late hours, and if I have my own radio on, I don't hear it. On the other hand, renting the Pavillon is free, while most communities charge to rent space for a get together or meeting.
The office staff has been great. Maintenance is the best. Every time I called in for something, they came the same day. This is the first time I had good maintenance, all other (new) apartment communities always took their time.
No problems with crime or noise so far.
The apartment I moved in is really nice, upgraded, new carpet, nice appliances, and I even was able to fit fullsized stackable W/D into the space for a small stackable.
Living with neighbors from different cultures and countries does not bother me, I am from another country myself, and I have made friends with my neighbors. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
