Let me start by saying that at first glance, the landscaping for the apartments is really nice, the square footage of the apartment is great and there is covered parking. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah but to get down to business. I lived here for over two years and I had to get out.

First complaint, in two years, we have changed utility companies a few times. The first year, we went several months without a utility bill even after asking. When we finally did get one the bill was $600. Who can pay rent, $600 utility, phone bill etc..... The bills fluctuated between 100 to 200 dollars a month. The water bill was another story, there are no washers and dryers here but the bill is between 30 and 50 dollars a month.

2nd Complaint is the management staff. There are no words that can relate the incompetency of most of the staff except for the manager Donna( who will solve most of your problems if she is in). If you call in a maintenance request and any of the staff( Maria or Nicky) get your call, be ready to call back everyday for the next three weeks only for them to say you are not in the computer. You have to make constant calls to get anything fixed.

3rd Complaint is the apartment. It is really old and there are no outlets in the bathrooms. The hot water is luke warm. Most of the washers and dryers in the utility rooms are always broken. There are always water leakages where the grass and buildings have to be torn apart.

4th Complaint is the noise. You will constantly hear very loud hispanic music, there will always be hispanic men sitting out on top of their cars drinking beer and throwing them on the ground, there will always be (mechanics) fixing their cars in the parking lot, and there are always small children running freely through the parking lot so be careful. You will be told that there is security that rides through the complex from 6 to 6 and how they are going to make sure that no one is hanging out, blah, blah, blah,( I have not seen one security car, truck, or person.)

Now I cannot say all bad stuff, I have felt safe in the complex. As I stated before the square footage and price is excellent. I like the covered parking. I would just say if you can handle the above complaints then Watersong is for you.
