The apartments appear to be great when you first arrive. The grounds well looked after, but once you move in is when all of the trouble begins. The guy who runs the property, Ed, is a raving lunatic that wouldn't know how to tell the truth if his life depended on it. The units run off of one main AC unit that he has control over. In the last three weeks there have not been three days in a row that the unit has worked. When we simply asked what the story was we got throw out of his office and cursed at. He refuses to spend the money to get the unit operating and when it does operate he's too cheap to turn the temperature to a comfortable setting. You will have nothing but problems with this guy who acts friendly when your signing the papers and the ----- once the ink dries.
