It is better than alot of places

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
I stayed in West Virginia Park for May/2004 till May/2008, It was ok I didnt have any problems only with the bugs at first but they were new. I also did not like the fact they charged me for the carpet and I stayed in the unit for 4 years I was the first one that was normal wear and tear so beware they will try and keep your deposit. Also they do not like to recommend you to other locatins if you plan to move. I was a good tenant never late they forgot I lived there. But I liked living there.
