Rent is reasonable for area and amenities. Noise isn't too bad. No pets so dog poo isn't all over the place and I don't have to hear barking all night. Office staff is always helpful.

1 negative- parking is limited. I got a covered parking space because I was tired of not being able to park reasonably close to my building.
