Wildlflower will SCREW YOU OVER upon moving...

I recently moved out of a 1 bedroom 1 study apartment at the wildflower.
As with most apartment complexes, you shouldn't expect any of your deposits back upon leaving...but what the Wildflower does is completely ridiculous.
Upon leaving, we were charged ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS FOR TRASH REMOVAL.
I really don't think it costs $150 to remove a vacuum cleaner and a small plastic drawer.
I was also charged $250 for apartment cleaning...once again, I really don't think it costs $250 to clean an apartment...espescially since all that it required was vacuuming...and speaking of that, we were charged another $90 for carpet repair/replacement...yeah right...that certifies that all that they did was vacuum the place because any other type of cleaning or replacement would have cost quite a bit more...plus, we had never taken advantage of the free carpet cleaning the two times we had renewed our lease...we had asked about it however and it was never done.
We made sure to leave this apartment as nice as we possibly could.
Nothing was damaged, except what we noted as already being damaged when we moved in (of course no measures were taken to fix these things for us).
The staff is generally rude and ignorant.
One time, we didn't get our electric bill and were slapped with an eviction notice.
I called the office and the woman who I spoke with yelled and eventually just passed the phone to someone else because she apparently didn't want to deal with me.
When I finally resolved the dispute, the management had said that I needed to check with the post office or something like that about the lost electric bill...this is just one of the many times that they did not take responsiblity for their faults.
Parking is horrible...you are given parking stickers if you are a resident so that you can get the best spaces, but these spaces are usually taken up by cars WITHOUT the stickers on them and are never moved.
One time, I had to park about 150 yards or more from my apartment...and NO I am NOT exagerrating.
The complex is generally noisy as well.
Noise complaints are apparently not taken seriously by the management at all.
You could often find people blaring their stereos, half drunk or worse, every friday and saturday night.
As stated...complaints aren't given much consideration.
This is definitely not a safe environment.
SPeaking of safety, the complex lacks in that as well.
There is supposed to be a security patrol, but honestly, I hadn't seen anyone patrolling since the spring of 2004, and even then, the guy usually stopped and joked around with the maintenence.
The security gates might as well not even exist...they were always either left open or CRASHED open.
A minor complaint is about the maintenence.
A few of them are hardworking, but a few aren't.
One younger maintenence man would often be staring, or OGLING, my fiance...day in and day out, whenever we'd leave or come back to the residence.
This might not have much to do with the actual maintence staff, but they were also slow to respond, even in low-volume times.
Essentially...although the place LOOKS nice on the outside...stay away.
