if anyone told you that wildflower will try to get upon moving out they were right.

they tried to charge me for 100 elec/water/gas bill and the bill hadn't even came out yet.

They also tried to charge me for a 275 for cleaning and 150 for carpet cleaning.

I had hired a outside company to clean the carpet and clean the apartment myself top to bottom.

I took them to court and didn't have to pay anything and got my 150 deposit back.

BEWARE of wildflower they are a mess.
