If you like your car stay away from here. For starters there are about 6-9 speed bumps just to get into the gate (which is always broken by the way). Now, once you're pass that prepare for the pot holes. As for parking, good luck!

My husband and I have lived here for a year and our lease isn't up until the 1st of August; we will be moving on the 28th of July. RUNNING!!!!!!!!! They pulled us in with the $75 move-in rate (no longer in effect even though the banner is still up). The gates were working, the apartment looked clean (great space), management seemed nice. All of this went down the toilet a week after moving in and has done nothing but gotten worse. Last month the tried fixing the pot hole problem, but I think they filled them with play dough for image purposes because they're back. If you like bugs this is the place for you. Though not always seen they are there and take turns coming around. Sometimes its cockroaches, or these long skinny black things. But as for now it's microscopic spiders in the bedroom.

The thing with security patrol is that they don't exist. So if you move in here don't look for them. My husband and I use the security booth as a marker when explaining to people how to get to the apartments. That's all it's good for. Our hot water knob in the laundry room was broken the day we moved in (a year ago), they never fixed it so we've been washing our clothes with cold water for a year. Speaking of water, it is never hot and I am not just refering to the laundry room. If you want to take a hot bath the best time to get hot water is between 12am - 6am. After that, good luck.

I could go on for pages about why no one should live here. But I only have to put up with this for 1 more week. You've been warned, stay far away!
