I have read over the other reviews posted.I to have had some of the similar problems.I moved in April 2007 in a 2/2.Everything was good with the apartment except I saw one roach when moving in and blinds were broken and messed up.I did put that on my inventory list along with other little problems that i didnt want to be charged for.When I moved out I transfered to a 1/1 to save a little money.I recived a itemized list from the office saying that I owed for utilites that I told them I paid because the amount they say I owe was the same amount I paid.Then they charged me for the blinds, which i put on the inventory list that were broken and never replaced for the 6 months that I lived in the 2/2.They got me with the $75 move in but it is over but they still have the banner up.OK to the 1/1 this apartment had roaches to but they did die down after awhile.I moved in that apartment Sept 07 and moved out of there Sept 08.Once I moved out of that apartment, I never recieved a itemized list on why my depoist wasnt returened of $150.They told me that everything ended up even and I didnt owe anything.So later in the month of Dec 08 i receive a letter sayinf I owe money but another ledger stating that the balance is clear.So guess what.They will not be getting that money.Again being stupid I transfered into a 2/2.I paid $250 deposit.This time i was smart and took pictures of the apartment before I moved my things in.Again more roaches, but I dont see hardly any now.This time we got ants.I have no clue where they are coming from.I got rid of them myself.The upstairs neighbors are horrible.You can hear them running around the apartment and walking hard etc.I have went to them to explain I have a 4 yr old and 8 month old and all their noise is waking them up,shaking ceiling fan, but they just dont get it.As many other people have wrote, the hot water in this unit is horrible.Once i moved in you had to make sure to take a bath or shower before a certain time or there will not be any hot water.Now it has been about 3wks with no hot water and again as I mention I have two young children.Parking is horrible.Managment has nothing to do but walk the property to find problems that dont have to with people paying for their rent. I went on vacation for 2 weeks to come back with a orange violation on the car saying it will be towed due to inspection was out.I called office and explained to them that the car was involved in a wreck and there were eletrical problems that happened that will cause the car to fail inspection.The say well tell the insurance company they will be responsible if the car gets towed. What does this have to do with me paying my rent and utilites,Nothing.When I transfered from the 1/1 to this 2/2 I paid the $630 for the rent on October 1st.but they sent me a notice saying I didnt pay, I explained that the check had been cashed and Liz told me she would note it.So close to the end of the month the came to my door saying you didnt pay rent with a camera.I told her i did pay and the check has been cashed.the lady told me well it says you didnt pay.I told her liz told me it was applied to the 1/1 that i transfered from.So she noted and moved on.This apartments have one way in and 2 ways out.people are always coming thru the back exit gate.Crime stop was out there for about a week straight ticketing people going thru the wrong gate.Oh yea, My child has asthma and i noticed one day it was raing my bedroom window was leaking water and that there was mildew in the window.mildew can cause my child to have an attack.It took them about a month before they sent someone out to fix that problem.Before the contractor came out the maintance man came and spray painted over the mildew.I did get a pic before he did that and after. I had a leak on my dining room wall it took about the same amount of time or even longer for them to come fix the stain from an upstairs apartment leak.With that the maintmance man came and did the same thing.He tried to spray paint over the leak but no paint came out.He said he will be back that day and never came.Stove light dont work.When i moved in the dining room wall wasnt even completely painted.I tired of typing.So I guess i'll stop here.DONT MOVE HERE.The only thing good is that you wont have to get outside eletric company and the rent is late after the 5th.Another thing the front landscaping is nice but once you enter the apartments theres nothing nice,pools never open.
