                            Dear rbrewer31, I am sorry to hear that you have not been completely satisfied living at the Willows on Rosemeade and I do appreciate you taking time to provide us with your feedback. We do try to make repairs as quickly as possible, however, sometimes there can be more than one thing wrong with an a/c unit. Maintenance may find and repair a problem but then at a later date it may stop working because something else has gone out. I hope that your new a/c unit has been working for you. It is true that when living in an apartment community we sometimes do hear our neighbors, whether through the walls themselves or while they are enjoying the outdoors. However, when resident activates infringe on other residents quality of life, we do want the opportunity to help resolve these kinds of issues. Although the Willows on Rosemeade receives pest control services on a weekly basis, should you feel that your home or a particular area of the property requires additional attention, we encourage you to please bring it to our attention via a service request. I hope to address your concerns here, but feel free to contact us directly should you want to discuss any concern in more detail. A new resident will always have several lease options when leasing their new home. We offer rates from 3-12 months, and the resident decides on which rate and lease term works best for them. We apologize if you felt rushed, but can assure you that we would never choose a lease term on behalf of a resident. We understand that not everyone is considerate of their neighbors. To alleviate any noise disturbances, we do have a courtesy patrol service that will address loud noise complaints after office hours. I do apologize if you felt the office team was being rude to you. That is not the way we conduct business and I will certainly address your concerns with them. Our pest control company treats one building every week and they also take care of any special requests that have been turned in. If your apartment needed any extra attention, we always encourage residents to let us know so we can put their apartment on the special requests list. Residents can put in service requests for a/c, flooring or carpet repairs online, via the phone, or in person, and if we are not able to take care of these issues, an outside contractor will be called. Should you want any further information regarding your move out charges, we would be more than happy to provide you with the proposal/invoice reflecting the recommendation and cost of the additional cleaning that was necessary upon move out.                                                 Dear hangstead, I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your experience at the Willows on Rosemeade. When making an apartment ready for the next resident, the service technician does test all appliances to be sure that they are in good working order. If something stops working and cannot be repaired, then the appliance is replaced. If the part of the appliance is not on hand, then maintenance will go to the supplier to get the needed item as quickly as possible. We do offer 24 hour emergency maintenance. Residents can reach the on call service tech by calling the office number and follow the prompts to leave a message for the person on call, after which you will receive a call back promptly. As stated in your other review that you left under the username gr8tperson@yahoo.com, our pest control company treats one building every week and they also take care of any special requests that have been turned in. If your apartment needed any extra attention, we always encourage residents to let us know so we can put their apartment on the special requests list. Our groundskeeper checks the pool every morning to make sure the pool is clean and ready for swimmers. We also have a pool company that handles the chlorine levels. When someone moves out the apartment, it is walked by management to be sure the cleaning requirements have been met. We rely on outside contractors to give us bids when repairs are necessary. I want assure you that all of our apartments are painted prior to a new resident moving in, and carpeting is either cleaned or replaced depending on the condition. We want all residents to feel safe within our community. Therefore the Dallas Police from time to time make drive through patrols, and our courtesy patrol officers make patrols every evening.
