You all need to; come off the gas ASAP!!!! You get behind your computer screen talking bad about apartments knowing damn well you can't find something as affordable and decent as this. For everyone who said that these apartments are loud is a damn lie. I have lived here for 2 years and don't have noise issues and damn sho haven't seen ANY DRUG BUST!!! If you are looking for something more quiet you should bust your ear drums or MOVE (into your own HOUSE)!!!!!

I have never seen a management team so cool and understanding. Maintainence is always on point. I would certainly recommend The Willows.

If you didn't like The Willows- why did you try the 4343 across the street'$'$'$$$$$$

Why on earth would anyone see someone dealing drugs or see your neighbors having a party and not call the police? And why would children be playing in the streets. Well at least you can have everything fixed now that you have a house since you will be doing it yourself..... I agree with PEATAE this is the 20th century and Dallas, Texas... Crime, drug dealing and a lot of other things are happening. Peace of mind, safety, free from crime will be in the after life.... HEAVEN......

PEATAE ?? you must live like a hermit. Obviously you don??t get out enough to know what you are talking about. I have seen the drug dealers. I have watched the drunks come driving in at 7pm and almost hit children playing. I have hears neighbors having parties and they could careless if they disturb other residents. I have found a nice house, nicer than the crap I live in for less money than my rent here. I can??t wait to leave the electric bills are too high and nothing is ever fixed.

Nothing is perfect, but this is where we live. So please stop trying to talk down on The Willows because you live her too!!!! Ending if you really care so much about your community get out there and do something about it; slow cars down or have the children play somewhere like not in the street;its a officer on grounds point the dealers out, or stop crying and pretend that your grown up! Only you would have control of your electric bill. And with the Texas heat I am sure your AC did go out. Wait until you get a house and see how many times your AC will go out at your expense...And if you don't live here anyone why are you wasting time going on this site complaining obviously you are bored or just miserable I heard that misery love company.....

This is not true..... Criminal background checks are processed on any applicant. RUDE? WHO? You can not be talking about the staff they have always been extremely nice to me and maintenance has been very prompt as well.. I have an upgraded apartment so I do not know what you mean about 1960 pay a little more and you too can have the nicer apartment. Also in 2009 you can choose where you want to live so if things are not as you want move there are lots and lots of apartments in the Metroplex.
