Parking is a nightmare, lots of homeless downtown

I have lived at the Wilson Building for the past 2 years and I must say that parking is a complete nightmare if you have any guests over. Guests must park on Main St, Ervay, or Elm Streets all of which are unsafe at night. Each resident can get a reserved spot but there are times when others will park in your spot and on several occasions I had to ask the manager or assistant manager to move their cars out of my parking space. In addition, the location is very close to the largest homeless shelter downtown. Almost everytime I walked outside I was harrassed by bums for money. If you are a female or have dogs that you need to walk outside then I would NOT live here. If you don't believe me then walk down Ervay St towards City Hall and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Please, before you move here (especially if you are female) then walk around the area and you'll see that the homeless situation is out of control.
