My husband and I have lived here for seven months now, and we love our apartment. We love the convenient location and of course the building itself. Although we haven't had any issues with the management, I thought I would list the pros and cons for us, so far.
Pros - gorgeous building, great location, clean laundry rooms and fitness rooms, great amenities, the staff is always friendly to me, fellow tenants are friendly
Cons - the first floor garage is hideous. I hold my breath walking through there to go to the convenience store or train station. They really need to manage the trash better. I don't like cigarette butts in the stairwell, either.
The problem that I am having now has nothing to do with the Wilson, but with some bar that has either recently opened or recently started having outdoor live music seven nights a week. It is almost 2AM and I can still hear them and every word they sing. Does anyone have a clue where this is coming from' Noise, I can handle, but that music is out of hand. It's not even good music.

The bar is Porta de Roma and it's always been there but they added outdoor speakers and they don't know how to work the volume control. Before I moved, I was walking downstairs almost every night telling them to turn them down. Now that I am gone, I guess nobody it reminding them that they are in a residential building.
Also, I complained about the trash and cigarette butts. Alot of the smoking is being done by the contractors. When I was moving I would see them come up to the 2nd floor garage and stand by the trash or ramp and smoke. The trash smell is from the Press Box restaurant that uses the Wilson's dumpsters fro their trash. Since it is not emptied daily, the smell is awful.

I really don't think it's porta di roma. I live directly above them and don't hear anything--ever. I've always assumed the music was coming from Sol's or Iron Cactus. Can't think of where else it could be that we could hear it so clearly. Also, you hear it every night of the week? I've only noticed it on Sunday nights, which strikes me as extremely odd. Why have loud blaring music on Sunday nights?? Anyway, try calling the cops a few times and complaining that a nearby bar is violating noise ordinances.
