If You Like Drug Dealers The Wimberly Is For You. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I have been a resident of the Wimberly Apartment foe a few years now. I have seen a lot change in these few years. I have also seen a lot of crazy things to from a SWAT team raiding drug house (apt) to teenagers from local high schools partying in the pool every night of the summer smoking pot and having sex in the hot tub. My vehicle has also been broken into several times. Does the management care' As far as I can see NO. Currently I have 2 Apartments in my building and they both are dealing drugs out of their apts. Does management seem to care' NO Before I moved to Texas I lived in a very large city for about 5 years. During the time that I live there I never had to call the Police for any reason, and my vehicle was never messed with. Since I have lived at the Wimberly I have called the Police about 12 times. The security guard that lives at the Wimberly is totally unreachable and useless. Trash is also getting out of control. Beer cans and cigarette butts all over the grounds. I never owned a Gun until I moved here. I have heard that several Apts. have been broken into. And I have never heard about this from Management. Is that illegal''' The only good thing I can say about the complex is that the Maintenance is excellent. Unfortunately I will NOT be renewing my lease. I would not recommend this Apartment Complex to any one.
