I've lived here for about 7mos. I have to say i almost didnt move into the Wimberly because of the reviews. So i thought its the People who might of had issues with the complex for what ever reason or their just plain ignorant human beings that need to write all the negative/bad reviews. Here's the truth. 1st. The Wimberly office they do make very good impressions (especially the blonde hair female with glasses maybe in her mid 40's)although when she took me and my mom around to see the apt on the golf cart a maintanence gentleman was on another golf cart and she swerved in front of him playing around. Shes ALWAYS tired from working so many hrs, we had to hear that everytime we went back to the office to ask questions or sign lease ect..., the job just isnt for her. Office please order maintanece issue/problem forms and stop writting the residents problems on post-it notes ..your losing the complaint and stating we the residents never came in to discuss our problems, you know nothing about it, and this is the first time I'm hearing of your complaint, your response's are getting old. Also new tenants once you move in, Im sorry that i keep talking about the ( office ladies )but they are #1 on my list on things to change. The ladies in the office seem to have blank dumbfounded looks on their faces when you approach them about a discussion you had with them about what price they offered you on your apartment they gave you a lower price than their giving you at the time of signing your lease or when you say and what about the covered parking or a garage that you said i would be able to get and they LIED! When they know they were not able to get you parking. 2nd Yes i would have to agree with the other reviews it is true that the ladies in the office are not professional, very unorganized, and clueless as to what they are doing, their not knowledgable enough in their positions. They will use the excuse that new management just took over so things are alittle crazy ( that change has been in effect for several months and its a management change not a new business. Sorry ladies start learning your job..YOU WONT GET ANY MORE BAD REVIEWS! were not being mean its just the truth. Newcomers You'll find this out after moving in :). 3rd parking is a issue, it seems only after around 7:30pm theres a problem. 4th. maintenance i dont know too much about that area only what i wrote above about the post-it notes, i havent had a problem as of yet although they could be alittle more cleaner looking and not stare at you as your passing them... its as if they never saw people before. 5th noise isnt that bad you dont hear dogs bark at least where i live, you'll hear the occasional loud music ( cars ), people who dont have any morals talking loud with you know...no respect, car engines roaring, screeching tires ohhh and people love to honk there horns!! so far in the past 5 mos of living here i've seen the police around different complex's maybe 1/2 dozen times, fire trucks twice and as for the constable their always here. You have to understand your living with hundreds of other people, were all different some of us were taught respect growing up and theres those who... well we wont go there!!!The train. Maybe it depends where you live but i live right by the train tracks and its not loud and I'm a light sleeper. It doesnt toot its horn .I usually here it mainly in the morning around 7-7:30 it may come by the complex's 2-3 times a day if that. I personally havent seen any drug activity. The walls seem pretty well insolated i dont hear neighbors unless its just that they dont have drama and they have respect for others. The apartments are very nice inside. Alot of them have already been remodeled and more to be done. Landscape is well kept. Great location for shopping and major tollways right here..I dont feel totally safe here, but i dont care where you live you dont ever put your guard down. Well i hope i might have made your decision alittle easier with my comments. Good Luck on your apartment search. Again The Wimberly isnt a horrible place to live. In time the ladies in the office are sure to improve.

Okay, hmmm... how to respond to this on a more educated level??? I guess I would first start off with, if you had such a problem with the office staff why wouldn't you have just gone in and talked directly with the property manager instead of posting a literary vendetta on an online blog??? Secondly, if everything regarding the service, organization, etc. was so unsatisfactory... then why rent there? I mean you did say that this place wasn't too terrible of a place to live, then on the same note you rant and rave about how unsatisfactory everything is... Indecissive???
