I have lived here for about two years and I have to say I am ready to move out. The only good things are that the office staff is very friendly! I am yet to see or hear them be rude to anyone. Most of my neighbors are great and very friendly! They help watch your place while you are gone. The crime seems to be low too. BUT....
The noise is horrible!! I can hear every word being said outside my apartment when I am trying to sleep. And asking people to keep it down does nothing but cause fights. If you are a light sleeper you do not want to live in the thin walls they have here. The maintenance is horrible. I have asked them to fix my stove a dozen times and I still only have one burner that works. It seems to be that way for everything. They used the same stripped screw to put a knob on a door ten times before it was fixed correctly. Of course now I have mix match knobs on my laundry doors. Not to mention that the doors are only half way painted. All the door knobs in the guest bedroom were broken when I moved in. I found this out the next night when I returned home from work after closing the doors before I left. The maintenance came in to fix the laundry doors and noticed the guest bedroom door did not open and that the knob was broken. Yet left it for me to fix. I know this because they moved stuff off the door from the inside of the room when they looked at it. (This bedroom had another entrance from the bathroom.) They were not even supposed to go into that room because I had no repairs in that room. I had to pry the knob off to get the door back open. Like someone said before, when I moved in their was trash, wires and wood all over my apartment. I guess they figured it was my job to clean up the place before I moved in. I can't get to my car without stepping in mud because they refuse to plant grass in front of the apartments. Most of my neighbors have about 3-4 cars per apartment so the parking is horrible. The bad thing is that most of the cars have not moved in a year or more! The bugs/spiders are horrible!! And at one point my kitchen was filled with ants and they said they would not come out and spray for three weeks! I had to cook for the holidays in a kitchen filled with ants. How fair is that'' I keep a clean apartment and it is still full of bugs. It's gross and yet they won't fix the problem. I have had problems with people taking mail from the mail boxes. The drop box is unsafe. Anyone can reach in there and take your rent check out. And yes this has happened to me before. The airport noise is awful. You can't hear anything when the planes go over. The list goes on and on....

You give the staff too much credit. If they gave a damn, they would take care of this place. When the grass needs planted, it should be done, when an appliance has problems, it should be fixed properly or replaced, when wet backs do not move their cars for weeks/months, they would be given notice or towed. furthermore you are lucky its just ants and spiders, I have huge ------- ---- roaches in my apartment, cause of all the nasty wet backs which live above me
