Great Value/ Great Complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived across the way at Power Properties Verandahs (Melrose Place-w/out the pretty people) for 1.3 years, and we like most who live or have lived there were drawn by the landscape, wood floors, cool cabanas, pools, etc...that soon discipated with all of the loud inconsiderate people at the pool parties, no control of apt temperatue, rats, racoons, dogs, roaches, cats, everywhere...then we found a great deal, great apartment, and staff at the Winsted at White Rock. We have been nothing but happy here. Maintenece takes care of property w/ out having to trouble them; they take it upon themselves...If you want an alternative to any of the Power Properties and stay in Lakewood at a fraction of the cost come to the Winsted!!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
