Charming Community! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I've lived at The Winsted for over three years now and have loved every minute of it. The maintenance staff and management are great. The landscaping is always beautiful and the grounds are always clean. The Winsted is located in the best part of dallas if you love to run and bike like I do.
