First off parking was a disaster. There are so many rules and not enough perks kid can't play freely, pool only open like three weeks during summer, foundation was getting worst cracks in walls, break ins almost year round apt, manger making her own rules, for every one thing u could do there was five things u couldn't do... I will never refer any one to those unluxury apartments the only good thing was the gate.......

OK - SO NOT TRUE - I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 8 MONTHS, AND AGREE ON THE PARKING BUT IT HAS GOTTEN A LITTLE BETTER - THE KIDS CANNOT PLAY IN THE PARKING LOTS BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT THEM GETTING HIT, OR PLAYING ON THE MAILBOXES BECAUSE THEY DAMAGE THEM - THERE IS A SPOT TO PLAY IN TOWARDS THE BACK. THE POOL HAS BEEN OPENED SINCE SUMMER STARTED - CLOSE ON MONDAYS TO CLEAN - THE LAST BREAK IN I HEARD OF WAS WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN - THAT HAPPENS EVERYWHERE - EVEN IN HOUSES - THE MANAGER HAS NOT SET ANY NEW RULES THAT I AM AWARE OF - I LIKE THE APTS - THEY ARE QUIET AND I HAVE NOT HAD 1 PROBLEM
