I lived in these apartments in the late 90's and it ws the worst experience I have ever had. The apartment wasn't ready the day they told me it would be, so i moved into it dirty. The entire reason we rented there was because of the washer and dryer and about 2 months into the lease, the washer broke and had stagnant water in it for the remainder of the time i lived there because the management refused to come syphon it out. Then, someone tried to kick in the door of the apartment and broke the door jamb so i couldn't lock the deadbolt and mgmt refused to fix it for 3 weeks. The microwave and disposal broke and were never fixed, the tub leaked into the downstairs apartment every time i took a bath. the air conditioning was broken for 3 weeks during a heatwave of 100 temp and maint refused to come out because "he lived all the way in hurst" I called the tennant's association more than once and even withheld rent until i was told that was illegal. In the end, i moved out and half of the amenities were still inoperable. A couple of months later i get a $1000 collection account for damage to the apartment. If you are even considering moving here, think again!!!!
