Visitor parking is a big issue

I've been living at Woodglen for about three years. It's was a big improvement from my starter apartment. For the low rent, I feel safe, its at an excellent location in Dallas, and maintenence responds quickly to emergencies. However, the apartments can use some upgrading. My patio doors wont shut properly because it is warped by the damaged balcony. Also, my air conditioner doesn't cool my unit all that well, but as I said, it's a low rent apartment and I need to get out and improve my income to solve that problem. :) My biggest gripe is that my friends and relatives can't come and see me for fear of not having enough parking available for them! Management would sometimes change the parking decals in order to look for fraudulant decals, and sometimes, they provide decals whenever the visitors parking is full, but the fact of the matter is that this apartment complex is simply a small area with limited spaces for parking. Other than the parking issue, its really a good place to stay for the price.
