I've lived here for a year and within the year maintence never came to fix anything. The manger in the office is an ex tenant and doesnt know anything. The owner works for the Dallas Fire Department him and his wife. The only time you will see him is when rent is do. I wittness the owner assulting an lderly women a couple of weeks again " trying to illegal evict her , by taken doors off of hinges and satting them outside by the pool until office close. < She called the police. Following after that I witness the manger assult an resident and call her ------- and threaten her. If you decide to take this risk becareful. make sure you keep copies of all you paper work and maintence request. Water gets turned off without notice, I know servel tenant who has literly big holes in their roof and getting rained on (he stays on the first floor ). One tenant has to go across the street to walmart to use the bathroom because if he flushed the toilet it ran down to the neighbors below. Do not provide a deposit because the owner will take it if you decide to move in or not. Maintence is lazy he doesnt have his degree at all he just walks around on the phone or hidding avoiding our request. They will try to tell you things, get it in writting. I feel for everybody that stays there. I pray that God work thing out for everybody that stays thier. Any body can get a place here just show a little cash and your in. Crack head or like rats and roaches all day. Owner tries to use his status as a fire fighter to imtimidate tenants, But he doenst know the God WE serve. Code has been called everyday. And they just lie.
