I have never lived here, but this place is well known. This is the ghetto of Decatur and I am suprised it is still around. There have been so many meth lab busts here it put Decatur on the Map for a major Meth city. They are filthy, smelly, and disturbing.
About 13 years ago, I had a friend that stayed there because he had no where else to go. I went to visit and some guy posing as if he were a security guard tried to force me off the property for some odd reason. I told him I was there to pick up a friend and he tells me no one by that name lives there. I procceded to his door and knocked, and what do ya know, there he is. That guy gave me a go to hell look and walked off. That the first and last time I will set foot over there.
