eighter from decatur is a drug captiol , let me tell u about my experience , while living at eighter of decatur , the land owner started out being ok , however he raised the rent w/o proper notification he made promises that he didn't keep my small apt had one nasty bed in it and a microwave the sink overflowed there was alot of black mold and weak spots in the floors there was wiring problems loud tennants and drugs would u like to live in a place like that while being pregnant are rasing children not me in my personal opinion they charge too much for what they offer , but there are others place in decatur that are cheaper and kept up better so just say no to eighter from decatur, .. thanks for checking in.oh and did i mention even if u have a doctors note for a pet they won't allow u to have it, w/o a fight don't be fooled by what u see in the paper check it out and do research before u move in, don't become anthor VICTIM of eighter.
