This is a nice quiet complex...Maintenece responds very quickly and management is very nice. Close to everything in Deer Park (how could you not be, though). Rent is very reasonable and property is well cared for. Only 2 complaints... not enough parking and the bathrooms are tiny.

You're insane! Management is rude and slow to respond to any concern you have! The only good thing about this place are the friendly maintenance men. If you tell the office directly about a problem you need fixed in the apartment, they will take their sweet ass time to let maintenance know. The manager, Melissa, is a stuck up ----! I haven't heard one good thing about her from any residents here since I've lived here. (4 years) Please don't waste your time and move into these trashy apartments. Not to mention the sewage back up that took them forever to get around to fixing. My apartment smelled like ass for 14 hours! I have a small child and had to leave while my belongings were stewing in the smell of people's waste!
